Costadoro Coffee Lab is a blend with high olfactory intensity, very balanced and full-bodied, with aromas of citrus, spices, dried fruits, chocolate and toast.
 
 
Characteristics of the 100% Arabica blend
The single origin coffees that go into this blend are carefully selected varieties which, when roasted, together release the best of their aromas and so define the personality of Costadoro Coffee Lab. One single-origin gives the blend texture, creaminess and olfactory intensity when roasted, while another brings a spicy aroma enriched by the scent of flowers, honey, citrus fruits and dried fruits as well as liquorice and tobacco.

A blend of roasted 100% Arabica coffee, Costadoro Arabica has balance and is enjoyed for its intense spicy aroma with notes of dried fruit and chocolate.

Sensory analysis
A high quality blend, enhanced by a strong floral scent with notes of spices, Costadoro Arabica is slightly acidic, as is typical of this variety, which combined with very low levels of bitterness makes for a pleasing espresso even without sugar.
Characteristics of the 100% Arabica blend
The Costadoro Arabica blend is made exclusively from carefully selected Arabica from South America and Ethiopia. After being carefully selected, the best beans are roasted and then blended to hold in the qualities of each single-origin. It is this variety of single-origins that accounts for the dominant aroma of spices as well as those of cocoa, hazelnut, pineapple and rhubarb and scents of flowers and toast.

Sensory analysis
The strong cocoa aroma makes the taste of Costadoro Espresso blend unique, also present are toast, fruit and dried fruit flavours. The good syrupy body combines with a delicate bitterness.
 
The characteristics of the blend
Costadoro Espresso, a balanced and full-bodied blend, is composed of 90% Arabica and 10% high-quality Robusta. The coffee produces an intense hazelnut coloured, finely textured crema, typical of Certified Italian Espresso. Dried fruit and chocolaty notes make it unique.
