Organic Certification certifies that products are cultivated according to organic farming principles, taking into account the entire agricultural ecosystem, promoting the biodiversity of the environment in which it operates, and limiting or excluding the use of synthetic products and genetically modified organisms.

OUR ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
ITALIAN ESPRESSO INSTITUTE – IEI
The Costadoro RespecTo, Costadoro Coffee Lab and Costadoro Arabica blends are IEI certified. Espresso is one of the symbols of Made in Italy in the world, the Certified Italian Espresso was born to defend its tradition and quality. The IEI certification was developed in partnership with the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC) and with the know-how of the Tasters Study Centre. Thanks to research involving thousands of consumers, the public’s preferences in terms of espresso were defined and compared with the judgment of the experts. The profile of the Certified Italian Espresso was born from this process, which has made it possible to identify the perfect espresso, i.e. the one that does not betray the consumer’s expectations.
