phase 01

Weigh and grind the coffee

Weigh out the Costadoro Coffee beans (we recommend 18 g) and choose a very coarse grind.

phase 02

Add the coffee and watch the bloom

Put the coffee in the French Press, pour in some of the hot filtered or bottled water (300 ml for 18 g of coffee). This is the coffee bloom – the moment the coffee expands as it comes into contact with the hot water.

phase 03

Add aromas and stir

Add your flavourings to taste (we recommend orange peel, rose and a pinch of cinnamon) pour in all of the hot water in a circular motion and stir.

phase 04

Filter

Put the cap on the French Press to seal in the aromas and leave for 3 to 5 minutes to infuse. Then, gently push the plunger and start filtering. Pour into the coffee cup straight from the French Press.
